Kit Fallon and Linc Cromwell meld fiddle, banjo, mandolin and guitar in traditional Appalachian and Adirondack tunes and songs with flair and style. Based in the Finger Lakes, they have worked together as a duo (Unholy Alliance) for the past 20 years.
In addition to teaching old-time fiddle to individuals and in class settings (including at the monthly Big aLICe Irish session), Kit is also a member of Americana and novelty acoustic band Spudz n' Taggit. They perform regularly at regional wineries, restaurants, bars, dances, outdoor events, parties, and weddings.
*The name Unholy Alliance stems from the last names - Fallon (Irish) and Cromwell (yes, Linc is indirectly related to the historical tyrant Oliver Cromwell). The name Cromwell is anathema to those of non-Protestant Irish descent.
